Arms of Relequen Bugged in Trials

It seems that when Relequen is run on multiple people, the damage reported is much lower than with one person running the set. The set seems to have a similar bug Maelstrom staves a while back, when only one person got the buff in a trial. The same thing seems to be happening here; only one person can run Relequen in trials at this time. Can this be fixed?

WardogAce✭✭✭Our raid group does not have perfected so I'm not sure outside of what i've been told. The relequen set does seem to have it, when we run it currently, that only one person can run at a time.
What i've been told about perfected is that one Perfected and one Imperfect set can be in a group; having multiples of either causes the same problem. But again that's not something I've seen personally I've only seen the original post's problem

Not sure if this is true.
They won’t buff each other but they will count as different sets, so they won’t nerf each other.
Essentially 1 person can run a perfect version, and the other an imperfect version. No more than 2 players should ever use Relequen (one of each version) or they’ll be a big DPS loss.
Would be good to have this fixed

Dont forget that its debuf also procs mele damage so sets as slene and a few others are on a rediculously low cooldown. They should fix that too if it was not fixed already (and it should not be intentional as you should not be able to proc mele damage proc sets from a distance even with a bow).0 -
