Horrible FPS After Patch (OSX)

Was fine prior to patch. Loaded in and getting 13 FPS. Disabled all addons same result, repaired game files, deleted shader file, same result, multiple zones. I transport to a wayshrine, FPS reads over 100 then immediately drops to 13. Never had this issue before.
