How about this: all your Stamina and Magicka costs are reduced by the percentage equal to the number of your Champion Points divided by 100.

So, if you have 750 CPs, your costs are automatically reduced by 7.5%.

No. DPS is more than high enough without it, especially now with light attacks scaling with max resource (DPS is higher than it's ever been right now).

One of the biggest nerfs to the game was sustain because they didn't like how some groups were walking through new vet content. No way they are going to give us something that gives all that sustain back. A fifteen percent reduction while I run around in PvP land would make my already hard to kill character almost impossible to kill. Running out of resources is almost always what causes my demise.

People get awfully grumpy about time spent playing leading to bonuses, they’d lose their collective feces if this was to happen.

No. You can still infinite sustain, and in some cases with no DPS hit (especially on stam chars). If they brought back cost reduction it really would be One Tamriel 2.0

In One Tamriel on my templar I rarely ever died. At one point, even 5 NBs wearing selene + viper + red mountain got trashed by me solo just because my mag was always at max and my healing was over the top. I honestly wasn't surprised by the nerfs because even I thought it was stupid. That was in light armor and I sucked...I even stacked shields back then on my magplar (now I don't, not even on my mag sorc).

It's something I am very open to testing.

Given the buff characters received with summerset, it is debatable whether this addition is still needed. Previously, the Morrowind sustain nerfs had gone too far and a change like this was needed.

Still, I am very open to testing this, though.

i actually want to be stonger because i played the game more and longer than others!

Cost reduction is lazy.

Remove CP except the harvesting and treasure hunter passive or rework CP

I was still a low champ lvl when morrowind came out and it hurt me the most outta everyone i knew

when your lacking in damage and defense you NEED that cost reduction to stand a chance of keeping up with higher lvl player

yes it helps high lvl player out too but it is crucial to being able to survive and keep a dmg out put to compete
