Disappearing People (Xbox NA)

Recently, in the past few weeks or more, people keep disappearing and reappearing. Sometimes it's in a town like Mournhold, and sometimes it's in BGs. It may happen other places, but this is where I've noticed it. In Mournhold, it's kind of funny, but in BGs, it's quite annoying.

✭This has to be a glitch of some kind or worse because its happened in BGs a lot for me, i'll be fighting a sorc then they will just vanish but still be able to attack me and it was for sure NOT an invis pot in use.
