Textures not loading left and right (images included)

So this has started happening sporadically for a couple of days now; some terrain textures seem to not be loading properly, and stay that way until I trigger a load screen by moving to a different zone.
Anyone knows what can be causing this? I'm on a GTX 1060 6GB, system and all drivers up to date, and it started happening since the last maintenance.

Try deleting the shader cashe or rename it with a number at the end like 2 or whatever so it creates a new folder on launch .

This happens on consoles too. These bugs (for me) ONLY happen in DLC and expansion areas. Disappointed to see them still making an appearance

I always see that kind of thing around the wayshrine in Auridon when the Fools Festival is active. Every time in the same area.
