Yo.

Can you make a buyable house in Balmora. I get Morrwind 3 vibe in Balmora and I seen houses there that is vacancy in the east side, just can't go in to the houses.
I like small houses than big houses and a house in Balmora would be great for my Dark elf.

Also if a house can be made in wrothgar or the surrounding areas of wrothgar would be great for my orc.

Swook.

I know there is a house you can get in Wrothgar, but it's a limited time offer that can only be purchased with Crowns though.

The Ald Velothi house in the north of Morrowwind is a Medium category house and has a very nice yard space as well as two and a half levels. If you want a good bang for buck that doesn't stray into the Notable and Large sizes, I'd recommend that one.

I think the main reason for a desire for a house in Balmora or Wrothgar comes from one thing in particular: the lack of homes INSIDE of certain cities. Look at the Alinor Crest Townhouse as an example. It is located inside the city of Alinor rather than just barely outside the city or in some distant location away from civilization. Balmora and Orsinium are two cities that are examples of cities that make sense to have a purchasable home in (Balmora especially because there are sooo many buildings in Balmora that are just unused). I guess Shornhelm is another city you could use as an example, just to provide more than two.

That and the fact that Pariah's Pinnacle is located far away from Orsinium.

The house we need in Wrothgar is a crescent longhouse - a proper Orcish home.

I agree with the idea of a town home in Balmora, although that location's other issue is a lack of facilities in general. No crafting, bank etc. just a tavern, stable and a wayshrine
