Went I unsubscribe from ESO monthly payment what happens to my crafting materials in the bank

Everything in the crafting bag remains available to you, but you just can’t put anything new into it.

Edit: this is one reason why the free ESO+ plus events are so popular with people who know they will never subscribe. For those few days they can put all their crafting mats into the bag and will farm for more mats like crazy so they can build up a stockpile while also clearing up their bank space.
