I'm not certain if this place produces this bug or overall Summerset roaming, but when I entered inside I saw this:
After this bug appeared, I barely found the exit to Alinor and every time I returned to it, the "sky" appeared again.

✭I can tell you this, entering the menu in any Summerset house while in most corners will push your camera through the wall to outside or up to a higher floor. I see this often when hiding in a corner in a trespassing house near the first floor door.
It doesn't happen in other parts of the world that I have ever seen.0
