what is the whole psijic skill line, and what type of build does it go best with?

Now i have both morrowind and summerset. I need to know what the whole psijic skill line is, how you use it, what level you need to be, how it works, everything. and i need to know what type of class and build combinations, plus vampire, werewolf, or not it goes good with. thanks

Psijic line is obtained from doing the psijic quests.

The damage ability is good on classes that dont currently have a spammable (e.g. stamsorc).

There's a nice non-templar healing skill (maybe templars will use too? Not a healer myself)

There's also a skill for resource management on all tanks, and an AoE CC for non-DK tanks.

All in all it's a good 'off meta' skill line.

Yes would work fine with WW or Vamp, as most tanks are Vamp & non-WW skills don't effect WW.
