How long to world bosses take to respawn?

Assuming I showed up at the worst time - right after they were just killed, how long is the respawn supposed to take?

I've been standing at Gryphon Run for over an hour now and they have yet to spawn. I've sitting here watching netflix while I watch players show up and wait for a while and leave over and over. I figured I'd tough it out and just wait for the spawn. But now that the 4th episode of the show I'm watching is starting up since I've been here I'm starting to wonder if something is broken.

One instance of summerset has a bugged gryphon boss currently, try teleporting to a friend in a different instance for a working gryphon boss

I assume what I did ended up working, since I just went to bed and checked this morning and it's up - so must have gotten the new instance.

This really needs to be fixed. I mean, it's just a daily quest in a brand new zone tons of players just purchased.
