PC - Bug : Relentless focus and circle of protection cannot stack at the same time

If we stand on Circle protection and cast Relentless focus, Circle protection (minor protection) is gone.
if we have Relentless focus buff and cast Circle of protection, it doesnt get the buff (minnor protection).
Checked on character tab buff.
