What is Ravagers uptime in extended fights? Specifically PVE both with and without relequin.

Just wondering about the viability of this set. I noticed nobody seems to be recommending the set for pve. The berserking warrior set seems to be the heavy set that is becoming meta.

I tested it on stam DK and got 41% uptime on average. (did several parses, dont have screenshot though)
can also confirm boundless and sweep do not proc ravager, dunno about stam morphs but I assume they work the same.
Stam sorc and NB should therefore have the same uptimes.

Uptime on stamplar is pretty good. I would say between 50 to 70%ish. On other classes the uptime might be around 30% max.

Do you have parses so I can really see? Also are their skills that help increase uptime?

If I'm not mistaken, uptime on Stamplar is better than average because their Burning Light passive procs Ravaging.

If only DW + 2h were a thing... *cry*

Stamplars uptime is good bc light attacks with jabs had at least 5 hits with a chance to proc it, up to 7 including 2 burning light procs. That makes it a 44% chance to proc it with all burning light, 35 % chance with out..

I appreciate all of the theory crafting on uptime but does anyone have any actual parses. Most interesting in stamSorc with hurricane and stamblades.

Good one. Will test that too. If it does, that might make Ravager BiS even on other classes.

Tested it on Stamblade and got uptimes between 58% and 79% with relequen. Mostly at 70%. My parses were 1.5k better than with briarheart.
Good that I buyed ravager-daggers a few month ago for less than 5k each. It seems that prices were exploding right now.

The thing to remember is... relequen was bug submitted on PTS that it is proccing Selene’s and this set. It is registering as a single target melee hit.

This may change more than likely and is why none of the popular youtubers are advertising it and sticking with a sure thing like advancing yokeda.

I have both so I'll be using it till fix...keep in mind that some "bugs" arent adressed for months..

QFT. FWIW I ran Relequen + Advancing Yokeda (precise dagger + mace, all I have) + nirn vMA bow + Stormfist on my Khajiit Stam Sorc for the 4-man pledges. I was running PVP CP, and getting like 40-50k on bosses, if not more.

If you could run some parses on your StamSorc that would be great. I would be really interested to see without relequen.

What does and does not proc Ravager is highly inconsistent. That someone has submitted it as a bug doesn't mean its a bug. The tooltip says it procs on "melee damage" , not "direct melee damage". For instance Flurry or Jabs also doesn't proc Ravager while it did 2 patches ago.

Relequen might not be intended to be registered as melee damage is what I am getting at. If they adjust that, the massive uptime spike of Selene’s monster set as well as Ravager will decrease substantially.

I am not saying don’t go out and get the set, I am just saying don’t be upset if it gets adjusted.

Yeah true. In my opinion what should be is that relequen does not proc it but flurry/jabs does...

Flurry was never procing Ravager.
Jabs always did.

I'll post some parses later ...

I've seen some variance that I can't explain yet, but I have seen 80% uptime on Ravager on a stamsorc with 5 x Relequen (armor), 5 x Ravager (jewelry + daggers), 2 x Selene.

Tonight I'll swap off Relequen for Automaton and check the uptime.

Anything above about 60% uptime and Ravager should outperform Automaton.

Tested a few times on stamblade replacing briarheart with ravager and using relequen. Got about 40-60% uptime, and the health bonus is nice. My rotation is almost 15 sec though, since I'm lazy and do a static rotation.. if I had a quicker rotation I'd imagine uptime would be a little better. Thing with ravager though is if you don't have something like jabs proccing it, the 8% chance sometimes really feels like 8%

I was refering to flurry the skill. since it could work like jabs and each strike has a chance to procc it.
but nvm, ive done the testing myself, think ill gold out ravager rather than advancing yokeda

@jaysins not enough to be sure it's worth it. Still seeing anywhere from 50-80% on Ravager. It's strong but has some serious variance, on the high end it's better than Automaton but on the low end it's not.

I'll post an update here when I've had a chance to spend a couple of hours comparing the two.

Yeah I noticed that. Problem is that Shrouded Daggers and of course Crushing Weapon don't proc it. The initial hit of Rending Slashes and Deadly Cloak proc it as well.
