Is there any way to use original colors of the outfits? Like when you look at Covenant, Dominion and Pact motifs in Crown Store each of them have unique colors. I just collected/bought all of the Covenant motifs and like to use as my outfit, but i have no idea which color combination i should use.

Yes, in the outfit overlay (or regular dye UI) just right-click and remove any dyes currently in the dye slot. That clears the dye ... and returns the weapon or armor piece to its default color.
