Skip adds in dungeon?

I went to fangs liar for the first time on the weekend. I noticed there are a lot of doors. Unlike horn of the reach dlc, which you can skip over half the adds by run to boss and die, skip is not possible in fang’s liar. I want to know what ppl think.

    I thought Fang Lair's adds were pretty well designed. The first time we ran it on Vet, my group of friends enjoyed figuring out the mobs, especially the pathing of the Bone Collosi.

    I can see why a farming group might want to skip the adds, but I liked fighting the adds in Fang Lair.

    I like by suiciding twice, i need to fight boss and only boss in falkreath hold.

    depends on the dungeon. bloodfort forge vet, yes, vet banished cells, no.

    I personally do not take the time to go do a dungeon to skip adds but, the time each person is planning to invest could be different across the board. I just go with what the general consenus of the group is.

    This post is in fact an elaborate scheme devised by the troll. He seeks to make dungeons mind numbingly boring, by forcing us to sit through every tedious add fight.

    PvErs will of course abandon dungeons and look for alternate ways to play the game. At first they will take to Cyrodiil and BGs, where they will be slaughtered cruelly by ZEERRRGGS and premades. With no place else to go the PvErs will have to travel the overland zones, in search of dull content and MMO quests.

    This is the final stage of the troll's plan. The disheartened and battle worn PvE players will stumble through Nirn, oblivious to their surroundings until they pass the troll's bridge!!!

    And so our troll shall soon feast on the flesh of hardcore raiders and casual undaunted explorers alike. :D

    They have a 1% chance to drop anything, let alone anything of value. Why fight them? For a measly 10 xp?

    I don't get why four random guys from Deshaan should be responsible for taking down an entire (and sometimes literal) army.

    People clearing long dungeons that just want to get it done fast will merely run through adds and die. It started with IC and sometimes in WGT. It is not a big deal.

    The level designer made it painfully obvious that they want players to run this dungeon a specific way and it gets old very quickly. kill trash, open door, listen to boss monologue, kill mini boss, repeat. It's kindergarten design and isn't something that should be in a triple A game.

    Don't see any up or downside of it, in an pug you probably want to do all adds unless you agree to hug crown and sneak and jump places he does. Or pull add into groups and burn.
    Grinding just make you go in circles.
    Asking ZoS for nerfs is as stupid as asking for close air support from the death star.

    I would rather the dungeons had a "Just fight bosses" option. That way groups could decide if they wanted to do the whole dungeon or just hit the highlights.

    I don’t get their reason either. Solo farm skyreach give a lot more xp than dungeon.

    Skipping adds SHOULD be allowed. Speed runs should 100% count all adds however to get.

    That way achievement runs you do the adds, farming/pledge runs you skip them for faster runs.

    It annoys me to no end when people try to skip adds. I’ve seen people spend several minutes trying to avoid something that would take seconds to kill.

    It’s even more obnoxious when I get thrown into a random with a group that is already in progress and I run into the crap they skipped while trying to make my way to where they are.

    “Really? Couldn’t take a few seconds to kill that stuff?” It’s like the people that insist on speeding past you on the highway, while you’re already speeding, just for them to get in front of you to slow down and take the exit.

    Don't really see it as an issue honestly. It might make doing the speed run of those dungeons a PITA but it's not like those achievements are mandatory and only Achievement Hunters will bother, which is fine IMO
