Dark cloak nerf?

Hi everyone,
I havent played my stamblade since a few weeks. Today after maintenance I took a round on my NB and noticed that dark cloak does not provide invisibility any more. Since when is this so and why? Gave ZOS finally in to those always complainers and nerf shouters?

The other morph grants invisibility and guarantees a crit on your next attack
