Jewelry Crafting Station Still Bound

From Patch Notes v 4.0.7:
“Jewelry Crafting
The Jewelry Crafting Station available from Faustina Curio (the Achievement Mediator) is now legendary quality instead of epic, no longer binds when acquired, and now warns you that it requires the Summerset chapter to use.”
I was excited to see this, however when checking my JC station this morning, it still shows up as bound (though it is now Legendary). Did the change not work, or can you not unbind an already purchased JC station?

SpunkDiz✭✭I just found this out the hard way this morning on Xbox - was excited to surprise my husband with his own jewelry crafting station for his home, picked it up - went to send and wasn’t able to attach it. That was when I discovered that it is bound! WTF!0 -
