Continuous "Voice Channel has changed to All Members 1" loop

On PS4 Pro NA
On every character on my main account, I kept getting a message accompanied by a audible ding saying: "Voice Channel has changed to All Members 1" This message and "Ding" repeated every 6 seconds--enough to drive you nuts! I submitted a ticked and did everything I was instructed to do, but nothing resolved the issue.
For your info I took the following steps:
I do not believe it was a PS4 or Network issue as on the same PS4 on a 2nd account I had no issues.
The only way I was able to get the message loop to stop was to Join another chat channel. However, because the loop was on a 6 second countdown I only had 1 split second to join a different channel at the end of the countdown. Not an easy task!!! And, I had to do it on 13 characters--took over an hour, but was finally able to get the message to stop. Once in a different channel I was able to leave the channel and all was back to normal. Even logged out and back in and the "Message Loop" did not restart as it had before.
Any way, hope this helps anyone else faced with the same problem. I hope this never happens again:)

- deleted the ESO Save Data
- power cycled the router
- Verified NAT Type
- And even completely reinstalled the game
