So the list thus far...(of broken stuffz)
1 IN Combat timer in PvP...it's like it went back to the previous version a few patches ago.
2 Mounts OMG mounts...Get on, cast rapids, get dismounted when you start to move. Or get on start to move, cast rapids and THEN get thrown off.
3 New Psjic Mending skill. Toggle on, do some heals, toggle off. Staff attacks stop working. The animation plays but nothing comes out the business end =/ Might only be when swapping bars?
4 The reason I started this thread. Just tonight, any repair kits I have in Cyrodiil stopped working. Not in combat, wall or door not being attacked, just stopped working. Also couldn't put down a cold fire ballista for some reason. Not over siege limit, and other types worked fine?!? (btw, QoL, please make catapults have same overhead view as ballistas!! Can't see what the heck I'm aiming at from a wall. Very annoying.

Lag of course in Cyro is still an issue. The FPS changes seem to be working good though. Kudos on that, but never was that much of an issue for me. The Ping can do very hoaky stuff though =(

Please add anything fairly repeatable folks. Also, add my list to any others already started!

For 1: can confirm. it horrible.
For 2: It helps to use another mount. I have this problem only when i use a senche.
For 3: Confirm. Have this issue also in PVE.
For 4: After such big patch I always remove all items from the quick slot wheel and setup all items new.

New point:
5. Disconnects: When i enter areas where big fights are i have a 90% chance to lose the connection to the megaserver. I play without any addon on! (All other are freeze only I can move around until is kicks me back to the log in screen).
6. impossible to log in back after losing the connection. The log file stays always on the line "Waiting for character activation". Why can I use this character in the character selection screen, when the server can't activate this charakter?
7. There is a hole around the inner keep door.
8. Walls and door have 100% but looks damage.
9. There are still areas in the inner keep yard where dismount.

LOL ..... Yes It has made the list. No disrespect to the devs... I hope that they are hard at work getting these issues fixed. I see we have a patch tomorrow I hope they have a ton of fixes in it. I also have had the same issues and many more since Summerset. I did a repair yesterday... I will see if it helps once I log in. As far as the Dismount bug... well if you have poisons on your bar it will dismount you. I had the same issue until I took them off. There was another thread about that. The other bugs I dont know any work around on them.

The "in combat" timer also seems to be broken in PVE as well where an enemy dies and you're still in combat with it.
I've noticed this seems to be tied to when an attack is queued when the enemy dies before the attack can fire, mostly with pets and their very slow skills that the game waits to have them take one last shot on the enemy before they actually drop even though they are at zero health.

It's really annoying and broken.

Looks like #2 and 4 got addressed today and it was due to poisons proc'ing? 1 and 3 are still fairly game breaking, so we'll see next week I guess =/

Agree that these things are broken. I don't understand the Jericho reference, and don't care enough to look for answers.

The rapids dismount bug is very annoying. Happens to me all the time.

This patch maint. was a joke, pretty much.
Nothing out of all the most important things has been fixed.
Guess half of zos staff (1) is on vacation.
