First one: Tilenra does not appear during the quest step "Talk to Tilenra" during the quest "Nothing to Sneeze At."
Second one: Sun-in-Shadow does not spawn during the quest step Talk to Sun-in-Shadow in the Audience Chamber.

    EXACT SAME. Tried submitting bug in game and the submit button wouldn't work. I literally just returned to this game too.

    Original report:

    I Just returned to the game recently and am pretty discouraged that I've already run into two completely bugged quests in Vvardenfell where the quest NPC's disappear. "A Hireling of House Telvanni" - NPC named "Sun-in-Shadows" disappears making quest not able to advance. "Nothing to Sneeze at" - NPC "Tilenra" disappears making quest not able to advance. According to guild mates both have been bugged for weeks. I left the game originally due to bugs like this not being fixed, not a great start back to the game :/
