healing ward is broken again

seems like the healing ward bug is back, I cast ward and am not getting any healing when it expires.

✭probably because he has a full 10k+ shield and 10k missing health... then the shield expires and he still has 10k missing health.
It's pretty easy to spot when you use healing ward in pvp for over two years.PC/NA - Nightfighters, Raid Leader and Officer
