Veya and Naryu closure bug?

So I finished the Veya story in Morrowind but afterwards her and Naryu are supposed to be at the docks so I can hear some last dialogue. But they're not there, its kinda frustrating, is this a bug? I did notice that the boat going to Summerset is there now, so does that mean the characters have been displaced, meaning you can't listen to the ending dialogue anymore?

I've had that, going into the tavern then coming out again usually fixes it or a good relog.

That's weird. Guess I got lucky. They've always been standing at the dock for me.

Which tavern? One of the ones in Vivec city? I've relogged as well, hasn't seem to have helped, and gone around the entire city and no sign of them

K so after thoroughly searching every single place in Vivec city and having logged on and off multiple times over the course of several days, there's still no sign of Naryu or Veya. Since they are usually standing where the boat goes to Summerset, which must've been modified/updated during the Summerset patch, I'm sure this must be a bug now. Can we please get this fixed ZoS. And this topic moved to the Bugs forum.

I've only checked on them (and didn't find them) after completing the Summerset main quest. I was actually pleasantly surprised that they were not standing in front of the boat anymore. If they were, I would have been really disappointed.

However, if you haven't done Summerset, yet, and complete the Balmora story, I would expect them to be there, at least until you first set foot on Summerset.

You can find Naryu at my manor. Bed room. As you enter, to the left. Not sure you will find her at the docks anytime soon.

The dialog might actually be gone now.

K so after a patch post-Summerset this actually got fixed, so thanks ZoS for that, and, with a new addition: usually after completing the Morag Tong storyline, Naryu and Veya stay there on the docks forever, allowing you to listen to the ending dialogue but they never actually disappear unless you've done Summerset, but now after listening to that final dialogue with Veya and Naryu, I was passing by there and Veya has gone (set sail to Summerset) and Naryu was found later upstairs on the upper balcony of the St Delyn Canton. I have not yet set foot on Summerset but have finished the Morag Tong storyline

Apologies for necroing this thread, but I am having this same problem.

I just finished the Morag Tong storyline and Naryu and Veya are not at the docks.

I've relogged a couple of times and gone in and out of several buildings in Vivec City and they still don't show up.

Is it be because I already finished the Summerset storyline?

This issue is probably related to the Summerset DLC. Have you by any chance done the quests there?

They disappear once you go through Summerset's story. Yes it's annoying, I had them there saying things in a loop for months.
