Graphics for lava pools disappear at times and don't reappear. You still get damaged when you get too close. Sometimes lava shoots out and graphics immediately disappear.

✭Confirmed, this bug makes the final boss pretty difficult. Randomly placed invisible death zones is pretty BS.PC/NA - Nightfighters, Raid Leader and Officer
