That sounds like a good idea about the teleportation but it should be added to Mage Guild skill line instead.

You sure can. It’s in interesting spell that costs gold instead of stamina or mana, though of cast from the right location can be performed without cost. And you can only do it outside of combat.

The spell is called Wayshrine. An alternate casting method uses a friend or even a guildmate as a beacon.
