Geyser Daily?

I heard there is a Summerset geyser daily, could anyone tell me or direct me to a link describing how to unlock? I did google

Battlereeve Tanerline gives it out. Some have said you have to do the main story up until it takes you to the palace and she will be standing outside of it.

She might give out a different quest type first; something about finding some of her comrades or something, then she will send you to the geysers.

This^^ And then you will have to do a quest for her and when you finish that quest, she will give you the dailies.

I got the quest to go see the Battlereave from Squire Bayeor just inside the north entrance to Alinor. I am psijic order level 3 (I don't know if that matters or not).
