After becoming too frustrated to play and logging out for a nap to cure my frustration,I logged back in and for some reason tried something I had not before.I unequipped poisons then ate food.My resources are now properly reflected.I don't know if this will work for anyone else but it worked for me.

Was worth a try, but im still missing 600 hp.
