What do I change in my old TG patch Stamplar build?

My first toon which I haven't used in a long time is a dual wield / bow stamplar, basically deltia's harvester build iirc but I use the duelwield ability to get berserk instead of pots. Back then I could pull over 45k dps in trials (45k dps was a lot of dps back then idk about now), and my rotation/canceling would factor in about 20k dps difference if everything is properly executed. Casually I'd pull 25-35k dps in group dungeons. The build is still pretty good, I remember returning to it a year or so ago I think and the stam regen was so awful. Now the stam regen is a bit better, but it still lacks resources with only 800ish stam recovery on my main bar.

Everything is gold besides the jewelery, all divines.

TBS 5 piece
Night Mothers gaze 4 piece
Agility robust with increase WEP dmg

I have shadow/thief mundus stone, with 70% crit chance, 3200 wpn damage unbuffed, and the crit dmg multiplier is pretty high.

What sets should I throw in for even more DPS and sustain? This build has really good burst damage, it seems viablish in PVP duels but not really. But in both PVP and PVE the sustain is terrible.

First thing you'd wanna change is the Templar to NB.

Stamplar sustain is at an all time low unless you use recovery glyphs or a sustain set like Bone Pirate or Draugr Hulk.

Lol stamplar was gutted with changes to sunderflame and nmg. no point in bringing one into any trial environment period far better off bringing a stamblade/stamsorc/stam dk running sunder instead. And to even further it, no point in even bring stamina as a whole into any trial environment period with the way these new trials are biased towards ranged and magicka survivability. To further that even more no point in bringing anything but a mag nb into trials, they are pulling amazing numbers with great sustain~~~something stamplar does neither of.

He's actually right. I've seen plenty of those "weak classes" doing much better than typical meta classes. You are either troll or meta cancer.

Amazing what a skilled player can do with a build that is configured differently.

With summerset, there are a number of changes. First off, your base mundus will need to be Warrior or Lover (to reach pen. cap). Like others have said, Regen is awful. For sets, you might get away with TBS still as the base set, but will need to then go with a second 5 and then a 2 piece. Bow/dual wield. The rotations have changed, and Power of the Light (for major fracture) is one of the big must haves.

If you can, you could try getting Arms of Relenquen from the new Cloudrest Trial, its ridiculously OP. Maybe go with Hundings Rage (still highly recommended) for secondary set or something that provides recovery/sustain built in. There might be a slight loss in DPS as you will lose crit or wep damage to make up for it.

Stamplars are still highly viable, but you cannot expect to be topping leaderboards with it.

I actually got 2 divines of Relequen for cloudrest but gave it away because somebody else needed it.

I've always ran major fracture on this toon. Both daggers increase penetration, one has enchantment for it the other for wep dmg. I really would like to keep my TBS, if theres anything I can trade places for Agility / Nightmothers It'd be good advice. Back when this build was BiS, hunding did less DPS than nightmothers in this specific build. Also my rotation is the same, I havent really changed any abilities. Doing top DPS most of the time, it seems like this tbs crit build got better since last I played it after it was nerfed.

If I had the time and effort I would figure out which set isb est to combine with this tye of build, but I don't. Hopefully somebody can mention something that'll be good for this build. I think I might trry to spend a few extra CP into penetration. I know I already have a lot of penetration but from what it sounds like now penetration is even more important.
