Well, in theory it should, just like Path does. Direct damage done will pull you out.

But you can test it easily on a dummy?

Actually it shouldn't.

Path does (and any other damage ability that also has a healing component) due to the heals (unless you are full health and then it won't break cloak).

Zero difference between sload's dot and poison injections dot (past the obvious) mechanically.
