What Is The Most Difficult VMA Title To Acquire

As somebody who hasn't done vma yet, I'm at frozen blood at the moment. I was Just curious as to which VMA title is the most difficult or Prestigious to Acquire

    No deaths, in one sitting. Because if you leave the arena, or crash mid run, it breaks Flawless. :\

    I also remember when there were no savesies! You did it or you did not do it.

    Yeps! Is why it took me a year to get it, I have kids who happen to give a damn where I am when they're here xD
