Writ/research/horse app?

Well, I may say that I like this game despite all of it’s flaws with MOBA-like combat, notable percent of nonsence in lore and strange development system where your properly kitted in green new lvl 10 can be notably more powerful then your main in violet.
But.. grind takes time I wish to spend on actual playing - exploring world and testing my chars in dungeons.. I have just 4 toons, each with two developed crafting specialties, and making all writs, analyzing traits, dismantling and visit of stable for all of them takes up to 1.5 hours, so I don’t have time left to play game itself.. well, I have this time but spending 4+ hours daily in april (I joined during March free week) led to slight problems in work and with my family and overall health.. and if you won’t grind you’ll be so weak, earning money and tempers and research traits are essential, at least for new player, and I estimate it will be essential for long time(
So why ZOS can’t create mobile app where all chores (writs, research etc) can be done from mobile while you have periods of boredom and free time during the day, away from your PC? many games have such apps
