Lost gold on despoiting to guild bank

Was not aware of bug when I made deposit about a day ago ticket number 180524-002371 they do not seem to be responding, do I just chill and wait longer or do I just kiss the 500k goodbye. I do not want to do the deposit in the trade guild again incase it screws with them trying to fix it.

    The guild just informed me that my deposit finally posted. I sent an email to close the ticket.
