Why doesn't this game support arabic characters?

P.S. Personally, I don't think they will do it, considering how they treat non-supported communities. Devs even can't fix ridiculous gaps between Cyrillic letters, you should use a special addon on this matter. Not to mention the prices. If they do decide to do it then well....RIP zone chat. it would make it incredibly difficult to decipher zone chat at that point. Its always German, Russian or something else and I can never respond too the English comments in chat because the rest of the chat is speaking two other language skip too a third and damn id be lost.

We could all go too the language based zones but I dont like being segregated from the community into different zone chats because of language - English has been the international language of games for quite some time at least western ones. Id rather it stayed that way and not add more too the proverbial multicultural wall that is becoming indecipherable.

I guess thats selfish of me right? Honestly at this point I dont care anymore. Im done being nice about things. I wont put someone down for not being able to speak fluent English or they mess up words and aren't very good at it but I wont bother to try to talk to people or socialise whom I cannot even understand.

Have you seen the story line to Summerset and the queen's decree? It draws a strong comparison to Brexit and xenophobic attitudes in general...come on devs give op an honest answer to their question, but only if you can of course...ahem!

@Heka Cain Yeah, I forgot a democratic vote to leave a union we never got asked to join and is consistently trying to grab and centralise too many powers automatically makes it xenophobic. Great generalisation.

I don't see any reason that ZOS shouldn't add support for written Arabic if the demand for it is there.

Those who think this thread is about something other than requesting support for a written language in game should take their viewpoints elsewhere.

Some of the views and statements made in this thread make me want to weep for humanity.

OP: Perhaps you could edit the tittle to make it clearer?
