They don’t need a stamina cost, just have any blow you take while jumping apply a knockdown, blocking or not.

Not sure this is new. You jump first and start block mid air. You get full movement speed until you land. It’s been like this for a while i think.

But if you see the 1h shield passive. It does not give extra ms when jump block.

didn't watch the video, but i can already guess that those 5+ minutes of talking could be reduced to 4 lines of text:

block jump won't slow u
casting jump won't slow u
getting CCed while jumping will continue to make u take distance
jumping might make enemy miss (aiming with his mouse)
