Summerset really looks great from the landscape and architecture design perspective. It forces me to play the chapter leisurely. The only flaw is that sometimes I find my character stuck in some boulders, but it's not an exclusive Summerset problem. And besides, so far quests are interesting.
A little off topic, if no one mind it. I hope, devs will find resources to revisit the original game zones and pull the quality up to the last DLCs and so-called chapters, because now the base content looks not so hot. This applies not only to landscape and architecture, but to furniture, outfits and motifs as well. And by the Eight, do something with the base animations. I want to bash with the staff in a few different ways, and not like I'm doing some kind of the Nirn gymnastic.
