Sorcerer werewolf dps?

I'm wondering if it's possible to be a sorcerer dps and a werewolf. I'm wanting to use 2h, secondary is whatever. I currently just created him, so he's only Lv 3, but I'm looking for a template to work towards. My main is a Lv 50 Nightblade with a CP around 320. So I have many points for those.

Is it possible, yes. Beyond that more information is needed for someone to help you properly. PvE or PvP and how you plan to use the build within either of those realms. I assume you are stamina build.

I should of said PvE, preferably. And how do you mean, "To use?" like role? DPS. I can't tank for crap. I prefer healer or damage roles, in that order. As for stamina, I'm assuming you mean my NB? No, he's a healer, so Magblade. But I would guess stamina is the way to go for my sorcerer.

Dual wield is beneficial for having 2 enchantment procs in werewolf form. Other than that, I don't know what benefits a 2H would have in form over dual wield. You could keep the 2H for building ult, then switch to dual wield bar for werewolf.

Just remember that weapon passives don't count in werewolf form, only armour passives. Although, one of the medium passives isn't functioning as a werewolf, apparently.

Sorcerer is one of the stronger classes for werewolves since more of the class passives transfer through the transformation and continue to benefit in that form. Your class skills can be the same as any traditional stamsorc build without affecting your werewolf form, and you can continue to use 2H as your main bar while you're in human form.

While a werewolf will always be a DPS slot, the "role" you need to decide is whether you're going to use it as a secondary means of burst damage (like other ultimates) or try to primarily complete content in werewolf form (aka permawolf).

If you are merely using it for burst damage, you can slot the skill on your 2H bar without worries since you will likely only be staying within form for 30 seconds.

If you are more interested in the permawolf playstyle, then it is highly recommended that you put the ultimate on a dual wield bar. While 2H can now have two slots for sets, dual wielding allows you to have two separate enchantments that carry over into werewolf form. The standard for that is Nirn main hand with magicka or stamina regen, with infused off-hand with weapon damage. By having the infused on the off-hand, you will probably have a 100% uptime for weapon damage, while also reducing the cooldown on your main hand.

In regards to CP, there is a lot of crossover between human form and werewolf form, especially as a sorcerer. You can allocate your CP for normal human play if you're just using werewolf as burst. For permawolf, you'll eventually want to invest in Blessed and Quick recovery in order to boost your healing with Hircine's (because it relies on spell damage and max magicka).
Thaumaturge, Master-At-Arms, and Physical Weapons Expert all contribute to your light/heavy attacks and the light attack bleed damage in werewolf form. Might, of course, is good for everything including the disease damage from the Claws skill.

This information will give you a head start, but if you'd like to read some more in-depth information there is a PVE werewolf thread from one of the big werewolf guilds.

Thank you, I'm so eager to try this out.
