Green Houses on Summerset - wtb please

I don't even own a house in-game, but I would love to eventually own and use a greenhouse like the ones in Russafeld Heights on Summerset . To buy and/or craft.
And then grow plants in them. Or mushrooms. Or beetles. I'd like the option.
