Regen bug back?

I know there was a regen bug a while back and it was fixed. However last night in cyro on my magnb, I was low mag and noticed why. I did a resto heavy only to notice my mag floating up and then back down. I wasn't playing long so I didn't notice it again.

Anyone else have this problem? Is the regen bug back?

on subject though, saw it myself - but couldn't say if its just a ui bug or not since I'm experimenting with so many different builds at the mo.

That's something I wasn't sure of either, I will try to test it more when I get off work. Damn real life getting in the way of my eso.

Several people in our guild had regen problems yersterday (magicka and stamina). Something is broken.

there is definitely something bugged with regen or something going on. can't parse properly at all.

It was never fixed. They did a patch in an effort to fix it, but it did not fix the problem and now they rudely refuse to even acknowledge it in the thread anymore. Apparantly ignorance is bliss.

I don't think it was ever fixed, nor do i think it is something new that got introduced with this update or the last one. I noticed random resource fluctuation in PvP since more than a year ago. I just think the issue becomes more apparent after updates, because players are testing a lot and paying more attention to their stats.
