User Settings File Changes For Summerset?

I had previously followed guides for changes to this file to improve performance prior to Summerset. However, I noticed bad performance when Summerset droppped and decided to trash this file and rebuild. The performance was much better after that. Now I’m wondering if anyone knows if there is an updated list of changes that works with Summerset.

Thanks! This is what I thought and why I rebuilt my user settings file. Still curious to know if anyone has nailed down any of the conflicts between the older changes floating around and Summerset. I only made some of the more benign adjustments. -
