New Quest automatically becoming your active quest

So I picked up a new quest and had to go in and switch the tracker back to my other quest that I was doing. I noticed they ignored the complaints about this "new feature" and incorporated it anyway. Is there a toggle for this? I can't seem to find one in the options anywhere >:(

    Don't think you can turn off this feauture just yet. Would be nice to have options for it but I kinda like it.

    I actually had an AddOn that did this.

    I don't need it anymore.

    I don't mind them adding things like this, but I wish they would add them with a toggle at the same time.
    Just another option saying "change new quest to active ON / OFF"

    Aye. I wasn't originally too bothered by the change - but in practice it is really annoying!

    A toggle would be handy. I do however really like this feature, especially when you are doing a really long quest with many new pick up quest NPCs.

    Only second to 2h weapons counting as 2 set pieces... love it...hated when you watshrined and your quest changed...

    In some cases it has been useful and in others, it is annoying.

    I am developing a love-hate relationship with this feature. :)

    OMG, Thank you. I mentions this to some people in chat because I do find it rather annoying. They told me it was always like that and I was like nope it wasn't or at least I NEVER remembered it doing that.

    I can't stand this new feature. Just because I pick up a side quest does not mean I want that as my active.

    What annoys me even more though is now how it automatically switches to my Cyrodiil scroll quest whenever I complete a quest, instead of to the closest quest within the zone, like it used to before.

    Instead of saying goodbye after dialog there should be two choices. First would be make this your active quest and 2nd choice keep current quest active. They could word them something like "I will take care of this right away" and "I have pressing matters to attend to first" so that it fits the dialog.

    And yeah I think after you complete a quest it should first try to make another in the current zone the active quest.

    Here's another "don't like" vote. I prefer the tracker to stay on the quest I'm actively working on instead of switching to something I found in a letter.

    An option would be nice but that aside I like it better than the way it was. If you don't want your quest to change just wait to pick up a new one.

    Nope. I often pick up new quests while on a current quest.
    I have trouble enough focusing on a goal, do no need to be side railed.

    I do too. The quests i have are partially done story quests and chain quests. So when i pick up a daily which i will do right away, it brings it to the front which is what i want.

    Edit: They should allow you to track multiple quests at the same time on the main screen. Like 3 or 5 at a time and then you just click the quest on the screen to expand of collapse it. I hate the one quest at a time thing. Its really annoying.

    How about not showing any arrows at all except the quest you're currently on? Still waiting on that to happen. I'm always getting turned around by 10 arrows pointing in every direction at once. :(

    QoL changes are always appreciated. I’d appreciate if even more though if they implemented QoL changes players were actually asking for repeatedly.

    - Saving presets of Champion Point allocations
    - Toggle for the shield animation when blocking
    - Hiding shoulders and Tabards
    - Remorphing specific skills instead of every skill

    There have been many more, but the above would be an excellent start.
