Mini - Roll Backs

Hi been experiencing mini roll backs - examples;
PC EU: leave the smithing station and run down the steps in Marbruck towards the bank, find myself back at the crafting station.
PC NA: leave the Golden Gryphon, turn left to head up the steps in the direction of the wayshirne, after covering circa 1/2 distance find myself back at the pub door.
Maybe some sort of leakage from the new psijic line (I have not started those quests with the characters in question)
PC EU: leave the smithing station and run down the steps in Marbruck towards the bank, find myself back at the crafting station.
PC NA: leave the Golden Gryphon, turn left to head up the steps in the direction of the wayshirne, after covering circa 1/2 distance find myself back at the pub door.
