List of standing bugs?

Thought it might be fun (or infuriating) to make a list of bugs that have been a thing for a long time; like 2 patches or more and that developers have given no indication that they are even aware of. I'm sure there are myriad. I can think of a few right now:
-[XBOX1] Audio cuts out when the screen has to render a lot of stuff in trials (this usually happens during add pulls, but also during bosses like Valariel where there are a lot of ground AOEs and visual effects)
-[XBOX1] When traveling into instanced areas, about 1 out of every 6 or 7 people is invisible or "in the floor" to all other people in the instance. Although they can see themselves and everyone else in the instance, nobody else can see them. Workaround: reload into the instance.
-[XBOX1] Sometimes when switching chats, channels will disappear from the GUI. Workaround: reboot game
-[XBOX1] Sometimes when switching chats, you will get locked into joining and then immediately leaving channels every 5 seconds, prohibiting you from entering any other channels. Workaround: reboot game (however sometimes this doesn't work and requires you to hard reset your PC/XBOX)
These are just few, and as I am sure you can tell i'm primarily a PVE player so i'm sure the PVP community probably also has a lot to contribute that I haven't touched on
