Could there be a problem with showing the right special dialogue in Summerset?

Not sure if this is the place to write this, and I'm sorry, but I've had a rather confusing experience with summerset so far. Me and a few others have confirmed to experience something similar:
When starting the first quest and meeting Razum-dar as an AD character, he initially recognizes you and the dialogue is special based on your character's previous quests. Later on in the quest, he stops using "my friend" and instead refers to you as "this one's new partner", which seems more fitting for non-ad characters that have no connection to him. I was convinced it was just that they didn't feel like recording too many separate lines and thought those work just as well, but then when the psijic woman asked what my business was there, my only dialogue option was "I'm working with Razum-dar, an eye of the queen.". Weird, I thought, I'm supposed to be an eye of the queen too, surely I'd use different wording? Oh well, I just moved on.
Then, I spoke to Raz. Again, he speaks as if I'm not his friend and colleague, and then another only option for my dialogue is "Shouldn't you speak with the Kinlady, since you work for the Queen?" - yet again something I can't really see an eye of the queen such as every AD player to say. What's more, I think npc's refer to Raz as "THE eye of the queen" instead of "an eye of the queen" but I'd blame that on him being perhaps the most famous one, not on the creeping suspicion that the lore was changes so we are no longer eyes ourselves.
And, finally, I believe a few individuals on reddit claimed that during the quest where you help investigate a crime, the main investigator is supposed to notice and comment on you being in the dark brotherhood/thieves guind, but people who have finished both quest lines say they got a generic greeting, while ones who never did got the special one out of nowhere. It's all unconfirmed claims I've spotted around reddit added to my own suspicions, but could it be possible something is messing up the special dialogue that is supposed to show up for players? I personally really care about this, because my main attraction to summerset was getting to spend more time with my best pal Razum-dar, and to feel like I'm with an old friend again - instead the first quest gave me the feeling he has forgotten me.
