Potions not working properly

Since the latest patch I am having issues with using potions. I'll go through stretches where I'm not able to use a potion at all. Anyone else having this issue?

Yes.
Along with delay on weapon swapping & my light & heavy attacks don't go off.
Oh & just a few minutes ago it wouldn't let me eat my food. The purple food I aways eat. It let me eat the gold one tho.

Yes I sent a bug report about this on release day, couldnt use my stamina trash pots, could use everything else just not them lol. I tried swapping them around and reloadui but nothing worked, the sound would go as if it had worked but that was it.

Are you using alliance war potions or does it happen with crafted potions too?

Happens to me with Dropped Potions, and crafted ones.

But Somehow Weaponpower Potions work fine 99% of the time...however Droped ones can be a real pain in the A..., since they cannot be used 80% of the Time -.-

It's happening to me too, only with basic stamina potions.
When the bug happens i cannot use one specific stack of potions (other stacks works fine) either from the inventory or from the quick slot. I cannot sell, destroy, split stack or interact with that stack in any way.
Deactivating all the addons, relogging and exiting the game doesn't seem to resolve the issue.
It doesn't happen always, but I'm not sure what causes it. If the bug is not "active" i can interact normally with the potions.

This bug is very annoying because it prevents me entirely from using basic potions.
