A few question regaring the Collector's edition

I just got my Collector's edition. Bless my wife, she went out and had to go to a different city to get it for me. At first I freaked out since all I saw was the statute and book. I couldn't find my book. Then I took a deep breath and saw the steel case. So my first question is, how come we have the cd or dvd? Is this a music CD or is it needed to install Summerset? I thought Summerset was already installed on our computer just needed a code to unlock.
My other question is the book. Is it different from the Collector's Edition from Morrowind?
Third question is if I start a new game, dang restartitis, where do I start? Is it in Summerset or is it still in Morrowind?
Last question. I have a bad memory, and depression is kicking in so having a hard time retaining information because of being upset with my depression. This is why I can't remember what I bought or I mean what I get in the collector's edition.
So what should I be looking for to see what I get. By getting the Collector's Edition, do I get all the "goodies"? By that the 2 mounts and 2 pets? Can't remember if there was more or not. Do I get a free month of ESO+? I don't think I do but want to make sure.

Dang, I am a bit upset right now. I thought by getting the Collector's Edition we also got access to the pre order bonuses as well. Am I mistaken here? I have pre ordered it but my store only got one copy so I didn't get mine so my wife went to another city to get the game for me.
Are we suppose to get another code for pre ordering the game? Since my wife got this at another city but same store chain, I don't get the code? How is this suppose to work to get the pre order stuff when buying a physical copy of the Collector's edition?
