I think it was working as intended ? I see huge drop in killing players & huge increase in defending or capturing keeps. I could be wrong.

AP was Wierd in Vivec PC NA. Defending a resource netted a 2400 tick for killing a few people using bats on the flag. Ran to the top of the tower got another 4K tick. Maybe I came at the tail end of a huge long fight seemed odd.

Yep exactly, I would like too you know live and not grind for the next 7 expansions before I get GO. Im freaking prefect grade 2 and I will be stuck here for eternity at this rate.

So tiresome.

Perhaps the ticks from the keeps shouldn't be this high and such but the grind urgh.....if you grinded or zerged for your GO good for you people but I would like a much smoother and less stressful and tedious way to get GO without having too mindless farm AP through zerging. I hate zerging.

Defending now pays a shi*load of ap.
Get a cold fire ballista, hit some enemy players (just hit them, no need to kill them lol) and you get easy 30k ap in 5 minutes.
Rinse and repeat
I mean, im in shor atm, losing all our keeps but im happy, cause everytime we lose one i bring home 50k ap just because i was there lol

I just got 14k AP for repairing a wall. (PC EU, Shor)

As far as I could tell there were no enemies nearby and no keeps/resources were captured anywhere on the map. That's definitely a bug and it's probably best to stay away from Cyro until it is fixed.

Honestly, defending keeps is now much more rewarding than attacking them, especially if they're empty.
2 of us were defending roe against 10 dc, i literally used my cold fire for 3 minutes until fd went down, moved inside, used it again, inner down, died.
33k ap the first time, 14k ap the second, total 47k ap in just 5 minutes.
Im now waiting for them at Fare lol
I think the calculation is how many defenders are there, against how many attacker and how much dmg you can deal while defending.
Cold fires deal ton of dmg to many players, thats why it gives so many ap.
i'd say is broken but, at the end of the day, its gonna be the same for everybody.
If something, they should raise the ap gain from attacking keeps, cause at this stage im more than happy to lose all of them lol.

I noticed big AP gain, too, but you need to be active or your tick won't be so high.
