I am in Bewan and having the same issue - can not see walls and floor and so making progress through the delve somewhat tricky.
Have disabled all Addons.
Logout - Login - reloadui
Have reset Graphic settings to default and for now it is back to normal.

Also - might be related might not - when I call my horse it has to travel through the landscape from where it was last left - so I get a trip through everything until we connect again.

I'm seeing this in the Psijic hall and dreaming cave on Artaeum.

Increasing view distance fixed it, but I can't reproduce the issue after lowering view distance again, so that might not be related.
