Augur of the Obscure - Collectable item?

This one would love to receive a Augur of the Obscure collectable item (for completing the Psijic line?). It could be a floating gem skull which occasionally has funny sayings. 
This one will miss his funny skull companion when the quest set is over. (Assuming he does not return from his free travels.)
