Stunned enemies in Karnwasten becomes immune and heals to full health

Not sure if this applies to all enemies but noticed that this was a trend for the humanoid enemies in Karnwasten. When they are stunned, they sometimes become untargetable/immune and they heal back to full health. Once the stun duration ends, they can be targetted again and killed.

✭✭I noticed this one too in that dungeon. NPCs were right next to a wall. Became untargetable. Healed back up. Almost like they were on their lease. I stepped back and eventually targeted them and killed them.0
