Looks like the sconces in the labyrinth in southern Greenshade

these are the Divine Prosecution staves. not a motif though. only an outfit style that was in the queen’s bounty pack when pre-purchasing.

It's from the CE you can still upgrade your normal summerset to CE for 40$ if you really want it
