Summerset is awesome. I highly recommend it.
And the biggest change that's happened since Clockwork just came with the Summerset patch. All two-handed weapons (staves, 2H, bows) now count as two pieces of an armor set. This means a DPS boost to any magicka-using characters, because they can now for the first time use three full armor sets: one 2-piece monster set and two 5-piece sets.

MagNB are "OP",they buffed all magicka light attacks. They nerfed off balance/lightning staves and the NMG and Sunderflame sets greatly weakening Stam DPS.
4. Are master/maelstorm weapons good at anything nowadays?
Maelstrom staff and bows for back bar. Master Resto. Master bow in PVP.
5. Is bow/bow viable? How much worse is it than dw/bow?
You can complete dungeons, but you have 35K dps instead of that 55K
6. Did they add remodel (transmog) for uncraftable items?
Yep outfits, but its just a overlay of your gear, your gear doesn't actually change.
7. What the heck is Sheogorath corner? Is it a solo arena?
I have never heard of it.
8. Are BGS any better? How is cyro nowadays? Best campaign?
Its back to No CP, which Is better. Cyro is cyro, zergs a plenty.
9. How is summerset?
Jewelcrafting is any good or useless because the best items are dropable?
Is the new skill line any good? What are the rifts?
The new skill line is actually pretty good. Its good for classes without spammables and meditate for tanks. Plus a nice AoE Stun for PVP.
You can upgrade jewerelly with crafting, the traits and trait transmutation is really good as well. Bloodthirsty, Trirune for tanks and Infused for Stam DPS. And transmuting healthy sets to robust/infused is amazing. There are a few crafted sets you might use together. Juli + mechanical acuity and Hist bark + Tava's.
The problem with summerset is both jewerelly crafting and Psijic order stuff is that they are a big grind and its going to take a long and mostly boring time until you max them. The rifts are like spell books but for psijic order you find them around when you are exploring they have random enchanting things in them.

Bow/bow will remain a plan for pvp maybe as it might work in no CP BGS.
I realised what Sheogorath's corner is. It is alcast's ideea of having fun in raids.
All in all, everything sounds nice, but the jewelcrafting looks a bit as a failure since the best sets are still dropable, not craftable.

I am kind of dissapointed with ur statment, Its not like I am saying get lost. But hey, with those achievments u posted u seem like a guy who knows whats up. I dont have great news tho. Game in current state is garbage balance wise and still without rewarding for skillful plays. How did u manage to play till Clockwork, its quite an achievment to begin with. To give u idea, I am not playing since Homestead. Point is Zenimax pushes crap even further what puts game into even worse state.
Why am I here posting this? Thats what I consider to be a good deed, to keep decent players away from the game.

I laugh at this. I took a year off and came back 2 days ago. I’m actually short of the CP cap at 701 and in gear from 12 months ago. I had no issue with PVP at all.
If you know how to PVP you’ll be fine even if you’re not in uber meta gear. It’s not that difficult.
