General QoL Improvements

Customizeable Autoloot - Give people the option to choose what kinds of items autoloot picks up: Gold, Weapons, Armor, Trash, Crafting Mats, and other categories. The biggest downside to using autoloot is your inventory getting clogged up with a bunch of crap that you don't want. This would circumvent that by letting you choose what gets picked up.

Gameplay setting that prevents stealing entirely - Not just from inside containers. If we're trying to talk to a guild vendor, but they move to the left slightly as we try to interact with them, we don't want to end up with a bounty just because there happened to be a helmet on the table behind them.

Improved Guild Trader UI with Search Bar - Let us use keywords to search for items, and have it remember our most recent search between traders so we can search for stuff faster. Also one of the filters when searching for motifs should let you specifically find ones you haven't read yet.

Skyshard, Lorebook, and Wayshrine maps - Let's be honest, hunting for these things just gets old after a while, especially if done on multiple characters. All undiscovered Wayshrines should be marked on the map so that players can more easily track which ones they do and don't have. Additionally, collecting every Skyshard in a zone adds a Skyshard Map to the Collection, which marks all Skyshards in that zone on the map to the player's other characters. The same occurs with Lorebooks.

Questlines visible on map - To ensure new players are always pointed in the right direction when doing a zone's questline, the next quest, chronologically speaking, in an in-progress zone's questline will always be visible on the map.

Less Character Bound Stuff - Sotha Sil's XP potion is character bound. Nowhere near as useful if you get it on a max level character. Research Scrolls in Level Up rewards...but the character isn't a crafter. These items would be much more useful if we could move them around. Only times when I can see character bound items being valid are when they are finite resources (e.g. Sheogorath's book and the 2 skill points it grants).

Weapon and Spell Damage also scale off of Max Health - Like Spell Damage scales off of Max Magicka, and Weapon Damage scales off of Max Stamina, both will scale off of Max Health, but for only a third of the amount it normally would. This is needed for Health Tanks. Playing through solo content as a Health Tank sucks the highest degree of daedroth balls. Every single enemy takes ages to kill because of your below-crap DPS, and this causes all solo content to become much more grindy than it should be. Especially in the main quests where they just love to send wave after wave of disposable minions at you, this content gets tiresome and frustrating really quickly. Health-oriented characters need a little buff to DPS so that solo content isn't as much of a drag for them.

Rare mats should drop more often for characters that know how to use them - Fortified Nirncrux should drop more often for characters who have researched Nirnhoned on armor, and the chance should further increase for each piece they researched it on. The same should apply to Potent Nirncrux. Perfect Roe should appear more often for characters that know the Psijic Ambrosia recipe. Aetherial Dust should drop WAY more often for characters that know the Mythic Aetherial Ambrosia recipe. Justification? Being capable of using something is completely worthless if RNG refuses to give it to you.

Combining Chapters into a Full Motif - If you have at least one of each chapter in a single motif in your inventory, you should be able to combine them into the full book. This would make it far more convenient to store or sell.

The reason the level up rewards is character bound is so that people don't make a character for the specific rewards, then bank them and delete the character, make a new character etc. Annoying in that it's then stuck in your inventory - like the Attribute respec scroll I accidentally used... but I doubt they'll change it. I would say the same applies to the CWC reward.
